Zoom Buys Cars is operated by Zoom Auto Exchange LLC, a licensed Florida motor vehicle dealer (VI11474222), 4387 36th St, Orlando, FL 32811. This policy explains what we collect when you request an offer on this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your vehicle details: VIN, year, make, model, mileage, condition, and photos you choose to add.
• Loan details you choose to share, such as your lender and an estimated payoff.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email if you give it.
• The last four digits and expiration date of your driver's license, if you scan it.
• Which ad or website sent you to us.

Your driver's license photo

When you photograph your license, the barcode is read in your own browser. The photo is not uploaded to us or stored anywhere. Only the name, address, last four digits and expiration date read from it are sent with your request.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and discuss an offer on your vehicle, contact your lender for a payoff if you accept, and complete Florida title and sale paperwork. We do not sell your information.

Calls and texts

By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that Zoom Auto Exchange may call or text the number you provide about your offer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent is not required to sell us your car. You can always call us instead.

Where it's stored

Requests are stored in Google Workspace services (Google Sheets and Google Drive) on an account controlled by Zoom Auto Exchange. If we use advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure our ads, those providers may receive information that you visited this site, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

If we buy your vehicle, we keep records as long as Florida dealer record-keeping rules require. If we don't, we delete your request within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
